RETURNES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item, please email customer service at hemphats23@gmail.com. You will receive return label with your purchase. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
